Hang Zhou Ou Neng Electric Co., Ltd. (Ou Neng Electric) is a Chinese manufacturer of industrial power capacitors, founded in 2002 and based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The company designs and produces pulse capacitors, high-voltage capacitors, induction heating capacitors, DC capacitors, and special-application capacitors to the relevant product-specific GB/T and IEC standards — integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and service under one roof. Our facility spans 86,000 ft² with an 80,000 ft² production floor.
Established in 2002 under its former name, JIANDE HAIHUA ELECTRIC CO., LTD., the company adopted its current legal name, Hang Zhou Ou Neng Electric Co., Ltd., in August 2024. This was a name change of the same legal entity, with its operations and business continuity maintained.
We manufacture a broad range of capacitor products and related electrical equipment for domestic and international markets. Our strength lies in precision manufacturing, deep customization capability, and a rigorous commitment to quality at every stage of production.
Ou Neng Electric has built an established domestic presence in induction heating capacitors, also known in China as medium-frequency or electrothermal capacitors, through consistent quality, technical capability, and long-standing customer relationships.
Manufacturing Capabilities
For selected capacitor specifications and production mixes, annual manufacturing capacity can exceed 100,000 units. Our production workshop uses automatic winding machines for controlled film layering, robotic welding equipment for repeatable terminal connections, an automated vacuum impregnation system for consistent dielectric processing, and dedicated degreasing and purification equipment for production cleanliness.
This level of automation is not just about throughput — it is what drives the consistency and long-term reliability our customers depend on. Every unit that leaves our facility has been processed through the same controlled, repeatable sequence, backed by rigorous in-process quality inspections and industry-leading thermal type testing equipment.
